Sonder Piazza Barberini Apartments

Would stay here again! Comfortable, large apartment option that is totally walkable to many sites. I’d recommend if you’re wanting to cook some of your own meals as they had a full kitchen. The front desk helped us adjust our reservations and were super nice and helpful!!

We stayed in the Barberini apartments located in the Rome city center. Our accommodations were exceptional. The apartment was gorgeous, clean, well maintained, and we had everything we needed. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The location could not have been better to see all that beautiful Rome has to offer. I would also like to thank our travel planner back in the US, Runway Travel, led by Jessica Griscavage, who helped us find this incredible location.

Perfect place for the mid 6 week trip for our family of 4. +Great check in process & super friendly reception, app was great with digital key. +Self serve amenity top up bar for toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc. +Washing machine & racks to hang washing on. +Huge roomy apartment, great living area. +Great location close to metro, Trevi, Spanish steps, lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores.

Our stay at this Sonder property could not have been better! The location was absolutely perfect—within walking distance to everything, including the train station, great bus stops, and a lively square (and if you’ve been to Rome, you know how valuable that is). Having everything so accessible made exploring the city effortless. The unit itself was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the service was top-notch. Anytime we had a request, the front desk staff was attentive, and communication via WhatsApp and the app was seamless. Traveling with a child, we especially appreciated the elevator, which made our stay even more convenient. We were also lucky enough to get a unit with a terrace, which made our experience even more enjoyable—especially with the beautiful weather we had. From start to finish, everything was impeccable. If this is the standard for Sonder properties, we’d happily stay at another one in the future. Highly recommend!

Right in a perfectly European feeling spot in Europe. Great for us as American tourists. Friendly staff. Hot water was only tepid in evening, take a morning shower for good, hot relaxing cleanse. Trash bins sorted for recycle, etc. Americans could do better with that type of discipline.
